TCLH is unique company, like no other. With multiple divisions across the business including labour hire, camp management & catering, mobile camp hire through to its very own training academy.

Our labour hire division successfully supplies a constant stream of highly skilled, industry inducted and qualified chefs, camp managers and camp attendants to a large number of companies throughout Australia. Our labour hire clients value the flexibility in our availability, easy working arrangements and a diverse and wide selection of qualified staff to choose from. With the ability to provide skilled, qualified personnel for short & long term projects, through to emergency call outs and assistance, we pride ourselves on our ability to continually support our clients which inturns keep their remote sites operating efficiently, minimising downtime and maximising productivity.

 Our camp management and catering division came from a collective motivation of improving standards of living for FIFO and remote workers throughout the resources and mining sector. The intent of providing an innovative service previously unseen within the industry. TCLH adopts every opportunity to engage with local communities and suppliers during time spent on camp management projects, helping to bring business into small towns, hire and upskill locals, donating foods and services where possible, and working hard to build strong relationships within communities. Our approach to catering is to source and supply fresh, local ingredients, and prepare nutritious, healthy meals for our clients and their teams, which int turn plays a major part in a projects sucesss. If our clients and their crews are eating and sleeping well,  this means a happier and more productive crew which has a positive affect on the whole project or operation.

The core ingredient at TCLH is our people, our number one asset. Our company culture is attributed to our team consisting of young, energetic and motivated members that strive to serve and satisfy our clients and their crews. Combining their experience and extensive knowledge stemming from years in the fine dining, hotel, remote hospitality and resources sectors, Co-Director’s Craig Johnston & Lucy Johnston have built TCLH from the ground up with the knowledge, experience and understanding of what resources our people need along with the type of end to end service that our customers deserve.
