SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Commercial Cookery Certification - 3 qualifications.
Current First Aid / CPR.
Full manual drivers license.
National Police Check and Clearance - must be less than 3 months old.
Minimum 3 years experience in Head Chef or Executive Chef roles will be an advantage.
